SECTION FOUR – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURNS General Policy: Physical products are typically non-refundable, except for damaged products. Returns for damaged items require photographic proof within 5 days of receipt.

SECTION FIVE – PARTNER PLATFORM POLICY (e.g., TAKEALOT) Products sold on partner platforms like Takealot should adhere to a 5-day lead time. Late sales are not eligible for compensation, and clients bear reshipping costs.
